Gasconade Villa is designed to be fun, comfortable, and respectful of our neighbors. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests at all times, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unapproved visitors, parties, or events are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and excessive noise may result in cancellation without refund.
We ask that all entertainment equipment, be treated with care. Please do not move equipment, or place drinks on the game table. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and must report issues immediately.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more. Parking is limited to the driveway; please do not block the street or bring oversized vehicles without prior approval.
Before checkout, please load and start the dishwasher, gather used towels, strip all used beds, bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins, turn off lights, and lock all doors. We do not expect deep cleaning, but excessive mess may result in additional fees. Please use appliances as intended, do not disable smoke detectors, avoid open flames or candles, and keep thermostat settings within reasonable limits. Accidents happen just communicate with us so we can address concerns quickly and keep your stay stress-free.
