With two master suites and an open-concept living space, this condo offers both comfort and privacy. Relax on the balcony seating area or enjoy the many amenities, including two heated pools, two hot tubs, a clubhouse, a playground, and tennis courts. For water lovers, the rental comes with access to a boat slip for exploring the nearby lake. Plus, the unit features an ice maker!
There are HOA rules that will be emailed once booking is confirmed, if rules are broken you will be charged the amount of assessed fee. Please read before check-in.
Home will be accessible by Smart Lock on the front door. Full home access is given except owner’s closet. Instructions for access to clubhouse will be provided. There are two pools that can be used as well as the boat slip.

Condo is in an HOA association that offers 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, playground, tennis courts and clubhouse for use.
1. No Smoking – Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
2. No Pets – No pets allowed.
3. Max Occupancy – Condo accommodates up to 4 guests.
4. Quiet Hours – Please keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM to 8 AM.
5. No Parties/Events – Parties or gatherings are not allowed.
6. Check-In/Check-Out – Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 10 AM.
7. Respect Neighbors – Keep noise low and be mindful of privacy.
8. Trash – Please dispose of trash properly in dumpster.
9. Parking – Park wherever you can find a spot or near tennis courts.
10. Damages – Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items.
11. Check-Out – Strip beds, land turn off lights.
12. Emergencies – Contact local authorities and then me.
13. Outside Cushions need to be brought inside nightly or when it rains.
